I spent almost a year browsing through varying free money-making programs but have not really consolidated my earnings or recruited members routinely. So I decided that I should place free money-making programs into a structure. I have given myself 3 years to achieve a residual income of US$1000 every month through this structured plan. However, I have to say that the 3 years will require 2 main ingredients to succeed : Constancy and Belief.
Now for the 15 free money-making programs that I have chosen (note : only the FIRST 15 programs)though earnings are little, the structured plan (if properly followed) can lead up to a sizeable income.
Here is a simple summary of the plan.
Target : US$1000 every month
Duration : 3 solid years
How to : Consistent and timely clicking. Getting referrals. Firm belief.
No. of hours needed per day : 2
Strategy : Achieve an income of US$100 per program per month.
That totals up to US$1000 every month.
Finally, I welcome anyone who believes in my plan to sign up under me and I will guide you step-by-step along the way. But if for reasons you choose not to sign up under me, I am fine with that. Just that, you have to find your way to achieve the proposed target I have set.
I will post my earnings truthfully on a regular basis so that you know the progress of the executed plan.
Cheers and have a HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Business from the Professor's perspective
It was a moment I cannot let it pass and I must have it written down.
I was watching an interview with Professor Su from Jiangtong University on ChannelNewsAsia. I thought he made good sense when asked how one can prosper in a place like China. As much as new markets are welcome, China being very cosmopolitan has nearly all kinds of trade one can possibly imagine. For a small business to compete with the big players, one has to find a 'secret door' that can only be discovered with the heart and not the eyes. From a practical point on how one discover that 'secret door', he gave the example of Wenzhou people. They are vibrant and full of vitality. That sustained enthusiasm stems from their culture in that they are hardworking, frugal and willing to endure hardships. Professor Su who had met the Wenzhou people joked with them that if they were to take a plane to Europe, they would take the standing space instead of the seats and this goes to show how frugal they are.
Another point that was brought up on their successes was that they know how to lower cost of production and improve efficiencies. They can even bring the cost of a pencil to near zero cost and this example clearly illustrates Wenzhou's people business acumen.
I was quite inspired by the interview. For that, I will continue to seek the 'secret door' to wealth. Hahahh......:)

Welcome to Mark Estrella Dot Com
I stumbled upon this interesting site called Mark Estrella Dot Com upon clicking an ad from Bidvertiser. I have currently placed his link under my favourite blog.
About his site
Mark (assuming that is his real name) teaches you how to drive traffic to your site. What's more, he makes recommendation of money-making programs which he has joined and informs you of his income report for the week so that you can decide for yourself which program is worth joining.
I like his site and I'll visit his site often to learn a thing or two from him.
Well done, Mark! Keep it up!

PSLE results : A father's kind words to his son
It has been a long time since I checked my Yahoo mail. Today, I stumbled upon this email and I thought this was a good sharing for parents. Hmm...so parents out there, you can certainly take a leaf from Edmund Ng, Singapore Internet Marketer.
And here's the email from Edmund Ng :
"Hi Anthony,
For those who might have kids who were 12 years old, it was definitely an exciting day for many yesterday, especially the Mom and Dads out there. Why was it so? It was the release of results for PSLE (Primary School Leaving Examination).
I was there with my son Brandon to collect his PSLE results. Guess what, he had an amazing result. He managed 178 points. For a moment, I nearly freaked out. He did not manage to get into the Express Stream as the cut off point was 188. As for me, I was kind of stunned initially as I had managed 4As and an aggregate of 241 when I took my PSLE 22 years back.
As Brandon stared at the result slip, tears started dropping from the side of his eyes. He was devastated but deep inside his heart, he knew that he had not made the necessary effort. Of course I felt a little bad as well as I had been really busy with my business and had neglected him.
If your kid had scored 178, I think you wouldn't be sleeping well at night. You must be probably preparing the cane and planning a whipping session. You would probably be hurling abuses at your kid or telling him or her how disappointed you were...not me.
Guess what I told him?
I said, "Brandon, welcome to the real world. You hadn't suffered any setback in life yet. This is the harsh reality of life. What you sow is what you reap and you should stare hard at the reactions of the other pupils. Many of them are enjoying the success of their efforts while you were distracted by the games and tv. It is better for you to suffer the setback now than later."
This is not the end, I told him. I then asked him, "Are you a loser?". He said No and I told Brandon, "You are a loser now! You have a choice, you can choose to be only a loser now or you can be a loser for life. I was a loser once but I changed myself and got back onto track."
In life there will be a lot of setbacks. When you encounter them, just look at the bright side. Overcome your setbacks and you will end up into higher ground. Get swallowed by it and you will be a goner.
I always tell my students and customers, hang around with 9 losers and you will be No.10. There are a lot of losers out there. I was a big loser once. However, there are many who refuses to acknowledge they're one. That is the reason why they live in oblivion and slowly fade off without achieving much in life.

Even at 12 years old, my son Brandon is miles ahead of his peers in terms of Internet Marketing, SEO, Link Exchange...etc. I'm not even worried about him not making a living in the near future. I want to pre-warn you, you will see a teenage prodigy shine at the age of 16 and he will be probably the richest teen by then, making his own money.
So...don't be so hard on your kid. Look at the brighter side of things. Make sure you counsel your kid onto the right path. The PSLE is just the beginning and in life there are always ways and means of getting back onto the right track.
I was really laughing inside my heart after I sought out my thinking...30 seconds after I saw the freak result. I think the whole chapter will steer Brandon towards more success. Before that, I used to ask him whether anybody has laughed at him before. My theory sounds like this, if you have not been heavily mocked at, you're probably not destined for big success. For me, I have been mocked at for my ideas so many times until I take it in my stride. Guess who's having the last laugh. ;-)
The reason is simple. When Einstein told people about some of his ideas in his earlier part of life, people said he was crazy. More importantly, Albert Einstein did not do well in School as he felt he was studying something that was either inferior or something that wasn't too interesting to him. He was proved correct. I think E.Q. is definitely more important than IQ."

Thank God! Everything's over.
Guess what? I received a $50 Robinsons voucher for being the best company soldier. Actually, I didn't expect this. Moreover, I wasn't there to receive the prize although many were wondering where I was. Hahhah.... As for the title conferred to me during this reservist training, I would like to place my vote of thanks to the officers, my peers and men for all their help.
I am glad the 2 weeks flew past quickly. I must say that the second week was most tiring because of the 4-day field exercise. In fact, I dread the thought of being in the field because no baths could be conducted. My whole body sticks like glue...yucky feeling!!! The only way to keep personal hygiene was through powder baths.
I also want to thank God for helping me tide over the 2 weeks' of reservist training. If not for Him, I would be suffering terribly. Body aches as a result of lack of conditioning. Migraines due to stress. Fortunately, I was fine and well through the whole training. Phew!!....:)
Anyway on Monday, I am back to business as usual. A lot of backlog to be completed.
Hmmmm..... my next ICT (hopefully my last) will be in 2009 coz I need a year break to sort out my business matters.
